Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #157240 (Supervised by Isabella Laughlin, LMFT #125604 ATR-BC, CEDS)
My hope as a therapist is to create a welcoming space where discovery, growth, and wholeness can unfold through reconnection with yourself and others. I value depth-oriented work, cultural humility, and a person-centered approach. I seek to honor your unique story while also holding the larger context you come from.
My background as an early childhood educator fostered a deep curiosity about human development and inspired me to walk alongside people in life’s transitional seasons. I have worked with young adult clients struggling with disordered eating, suicidality, body image, anxiety, sense of self and relational conflict.
I am experienced in working with clients navigating chronic illness, grief and loss, loneliness, complex relational dynamics, neurodivergence, and identity formation. I take a holistic approach, integrating somatic and nervous system regulation practices to support greater integration. I also draw upon art based techniques to support healing. My hope is that you leave our work feeling more at home within yourself. When appropriate, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, inviting the grounding support of nature into the process. Walk-and-talk therapy is offered in Redondo and Huntington Beach.
