About Me

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate and committed to understanding each client’s experiences and meeting each person where they are.  I believe that the therapeutic relationship we create is collaborative and the foundation for this process.  I value holding a space that creates safety, connection, and empathy for each client to find wholeness and healing when faced with specific challenges.

My approach is person-centered, depth-oriented, and humanistic.  I also hold interest in experiences in early development that may contribute to how you show up for yourself, in relationships or keep you in unwanted patterns.  Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, life transitions, identity, self-esteem, are working through trauma or simply feel stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you in your unique journey and guide you to reach your personal goals for healing, growth, and sense of purpose.

I specialize in working with eating disorders of all ages, identity, mood disorders, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, self esteem and body issues.  I also have experience supporting clients with personality disorders, aging issues, women’s issues, OCD, ADHD, self-harm and codependency issues.  I personally know how difficult it can be to ask for support, and I also know that this action is a reflection of strength and courage.
